Week 36 Homestead Final

Dallas sweeps the last three races of the year, which was enough to overtake Chris in the standings. One heck of a rookie season. It was a little too late, however, to overcome M&C who pulled through to defeat the champion. M&C needed a win to lock up 3rd place - how fitting to lock up a top three spot by defeating the #1 ranked Team Truckin. Even though Nathan lost, he was able to regain the points lead over Craig. It went down to the last race, but the total points standings were the same as the match play standings. Craig didn't lose by much this year, his season by far was a success. His "Midas" touch to fantasy teams will surely make him a favorite next year. Looking to Jerod - he wasn't able to defeat Chris this last race but as a whole Jerod was a much stronger competitor this year. He repeated his record from 2009 (16-20) and improved his total score by 737 points. For having almost no Nascar experience, Lori had a direct impact, defeating Craig twice which is exactly the distance Craig fell short to tying 1st place. Tom wasn't able to have much of a season this year with one of his drivers getting hurt so early in the season. But he did win 3rd place in 2009 and I expect him to have a "furious" return in 2011.
